Describe something that disappointed you in 2011 and how you persevered.
God, I sound like a broken record... Losing my job was a definite disappointment, but even more disappointing was failing one of my licensing exams. I've passed a couple, but I failed one and was totally devastated. I still don't know what I did incorrectly on the drawings, because there is no way to know with the testing process, but you have to wait 6 months before retesting, so I can put it out of mind a little while longer. To persevere, I simply redoubled my study efforts and took another test, which I passed.
